The aim of the Customer Authorization data accessing, processing and usage is customer demand research in marketing, research, advertizing and other similar aims, providing the Customer with information materials without limitation.

OJSC Sophia has right to do the Customer’s Authorization data filing as long as it is necessary for aim realization or till the Customer deletes this data.

The Customer has a right to request, change or delete his data, kept by OJSC Sophia. To do this the Customer has to raise proper demand by sending it to corresponding OJSC Sophia address, mentioned at the web-site, when there is no other independent way to request, change or delete the Authorization data foreseen by technical possibilities of the web-site.

Every time visiting the web-site the Customer is obliged to fulfill current privacy policy.

The Customer admits that in case of careless attitude to safety and the Authorization data protection third parties can get access to the Authorization data. OJSC Sophia shall not be responsible for losses caused by such access.

It is forbidden to copy and share information and images given at the web-site with third parties.

The customer has to fill registration form to create the Authorization data. He/she has to state his/hers first name, last name, e-mail and other data. After Account creation and activation, OJSC Sophia gains possibility to identify the Customer while using the web-site.

While usage the web-site by the Customer OJSC Sophia has a right to download cookie-files to customers’ computers. The Customer can limit cookie-files storage by activating the corresponding browser settings. But after choosing such settings the Customer can lose possibility of access to some pages of our web-site or cannot use some services. Until the Customer changes the cookie settings in browser, the system will use cookie-files after the Customer entered the web-site and gain, save, process and use information that contains in cookie.

While usage the web-site by the Customer, firmware complex on which the site is situated saves, processes, uses automatically the Customer’s data, that are not refer to personal, for e.g. the Customer’s IP-address, the Customer’s location data, cookie-files and static information concerning the Customer’s activity.

The personal data provided by the Customer will be stored under OJSC Sophia responsibility in such cases:

- For fulfilling and maintenance the rules of purchase and selling or for fulfilling other contracts.

- For timely reaction on the Customer’s needs.

- Providing the Customer information on OJSC Sophia production by e-mail or with the help of other means of communication. The Customer can change his/hers information.

OJSC Sophia is obliged to keep in secret the Customer’s Authorization data, to provide access to private information, its changing and deleting.

OJSC Sophia has a right to make changes in the Privacy policy. All made changes will be accessible in a new Private policy redaction. In case of serious changes, made in the Private policy, OJSC Sophia will inform the Customer by e-mail. All changes come into effect from the moment of publication. While using the web-site the Customer confirms agreement with the new Policy terms current in the moment of the web-site usage.

OJSC Sophia shall not be responsible for loses the Customer or third parties suffered in result of the current Policy terms misunderstanding, the web-site usage instructions or indications on regarding data providing or other technical issues.

In case of acceptance of invalid or unrealizable any part of the current Policy other parts of the Policy will be valid. Rejection by every party of any statement or regulation of this Policy or other violation does not cancel operation of this statement or regulation.
